Amazing Race Clearance

Whoa... today was mighty exhausting... I never thought that clearance would be so... damn loooooong.

It seemed like the seniors were in an Amazing race where we had to go to diffrent pit stops in Ateneo. And the worse part is I almost lost my almost completed form. Well, thanks to divine intervention, i got it back. whew... im still in the race, though I know a lot has finished already... good for them.

I will find out what my final grade is tom. for theo. ayayayayay... hope it's good news... anywayz... ima go to sleep coz I gots no sleep yesterday since I had a FRIENDS Marathon alone, then decided to clean my room. Now I can see the floor and the bed has sheets! hehehe

Finished second show of sweet charity! it was sooo goood!!!!

So guys! 4 shows to go, in the following 2 days.... so watch and have a good time like the people who has seen it.

Finally... hehehe

Four years of college... almost done in a few days... wow... its so surreal. But now, its time for me to venture to the real worl and face new challenges. Hay, talagang ganyan... possibly fifty to sixty years to go! hay...

Just finished the first show of sweet charity. had fun. Tired. Need sleep... but yeah... no day but today, thats how Jonathan larson lived, and thats the way i will from now on... though I dont plan on dying in the next decade or so... ahehehe...

All things floating in my mind right now... questions that needed answers, problems that needs fixing... and all that sheetz...

basta, live it, love it, no day but today. Thats my new motto. like it? its free. :)Hopefully get a better disposition in life after graduating, fixing myself up and making myself better. not making everything a big problem in life. Well, thats the way the river flows.

Why does everything have to be difficult?

Calling all talented performers (actors, singers, and dancers) in and out of Ateneo de Manila University

Be part of Ateneo blueREPERTORY's major musical production of Sweet Charity.

Sweet Charity tells the story of an optimistic young woman named Charity Hope Valentine, who works as a dance hall hostess in a disreputable establishment. A true romantic, she hopes to find true love by trying to escape from her job. Though every man she meets breaks her heart, she continues to be the loving, vibrant and hopeful spirit that she is.

This Tony award-winning Broadway classic and Fosse Original includes Big Spender, Rhythm of Life, and many others.It will be staged on February 24 and 25 (two shows on Saturdays), and March 3 and 4 (two shows on Saturdays), at the Rizal Mini-Theatre, Ateneo de Manila University.

Directed by veteran musical theatre actress Chari Arespacochaga (Honk!, Footloose the Musical, BlueRepertory`s Merrily-We-Roll-Along) Musical direction by Manman Angsico (Urinetown, Hedwig and the Angry Inch, Rocky Horror Show) Set design by Joel Reyes (Trumpets and Stages Productions)

November 11 (Friday), OPEN AUDITIONS, 1PM to 3PM Gonzaga Dance Hall, 3rd Flr. Gonzaga Building (SONG) Dance call backs also on November 11 from 3PM to 5 PM November 12 (Saturday), CALLBACKS, 1pm to 5pm, Gonzaga Dance Hall

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Prepare a Broadway song (sung in acapella, with a minus one, or piano piece).

2. Wear comfy clothes

3. Bring 1 X 1 picture for your audition forms.

4. Don't be late! Strict schedule will be followed. This means no song audition will be entertained after 3pm.

5. Please bring P50 for the 2 cds with the soundtrack of Sweet Charity (old and new version) in case you get called back and have to learn a song for the next day

Still in a natural HIGH!!!

Morong was super great, and the beach was soooo fantastic. Pineds’ beach was all that, clear waters, calm shores, great food, nice winds, and BEACH GAMES!!! Hehehe.

I love playing beach games. Beach Volleyball to Frisbee, to those, uhm, kinda stupid mind games, hehehe are just a few of the games that I love playing in the beach…. And of course, we did that in our trip to Morong!

Bonding time was also very very good coz everyone knew more about one another after the trip. New people, new friends, new experiences… what more could you ask for?! I love it.

I still have this fantasy of living beside the beach when I’m with a family. I would be staying there and would live everyday as a dream and fantasy came true. Oh, how I wish that would happen.

Also did a lot of thinking there. It was such a magical place to do something, but I never had the chance and the courage… stupid me. Okay, some people know about what I’m talking about, and if you are one of them, what would you say to me now? Now that I passed the opportunity to say something in a great place, and finally get it out? Stupid, that’s the only word in my mind.

Well, no regrets!!! Can’t keep on thinking about that. Grab the next opportunity, and hope for the best. Right now, I’m just cherishing the things that happened with a bunch of friends in that trip. It was fun and nothing would ruin that.

I’ll continue this next time, when I’m not punching myself in the head. That’s all for now folks!!!

Love, Mill and Revue-ing the Last Sem

okay... gotta learn how to review the last sem...

hmm... here goes... Ill do it backwards...

Finals week has come, and is almost gone! had two orals, one for theo and another for philo, and a finals exam for History. Have a show as finals for our Acting class.. Beginner at wings... don't actually know what that means... and finishing my thesis Chapter two tonight. Then Bye first sem!!! wooohoooo!!!

Started practicing for Acting class finals... I play Macbeth and pumpkin. Who's pumpkin? watch on October 13 and 14 to find out... hehehe

Finished Blue Revue and UAAP AT THE SAME TIME!!! And I lived to tell it!!! woohooooo!!! Men's Swimming team finished third place over all, and Blue Revue was a BIG SUCCESS!!! ahhh... the things that happen when you put your heart to doing it. gotta love it.

Hectic... Blue revue almost showing and UAAP creeping up... gah... stress... I wish i had a clone...

Started to practice for the Blue Rep Play!!! yeah, i joined Bluerep, as I have said in my previous post... the play is called "Blue Revue", excerpts from 6 different musicals, Pippin, Once on this Island, Into the Woods, Rent, Bye Bye Birdie, and hairspray... Im AGWE AND ROGER!!! woohooo!!! and the wolf too!!!

Joined Blue Rep, but missed Neil Gaiman's book signing for the auditions... It was okay because the audition was a blast!!! sang corner of the sky from pippin... hehehe love that song...

Shool starts... 6 subjects, 6 teachers to stress about, and TONS AND TONS of rquirements to finish... gah...

We rode the see-saw, the swing, and even had a hand on the monkey bars... haaaayyyy... childhood fleeting in front of my eyes. Ha! Fine... face it, im growing old and not any younger. Well, cant wait for friday, for our play. I really hope it would turn out to be a good show. and also, this friday, after the show, i'll be going straight to school for TNT Training. That too excites me. I really look forward to becoming a TNT for this year's orsem... hehehe... well, that's it for now. Currently listening to the Phantom of the Opera Movie Soundtrack... mmmmmmmm, me likes. HAHAHAHA!!!! NUFF SAID!

This is one great anime series. Watched 24 episodes already, and if it is a typical anime series, it will only run for 26 episodes, so... cant wait. Now, i'll just sleep for a while coz im sooooo low bat... wahahaha... just wanted to share who i was most like in the series, though the test was only 78% accurate... hahahaha!!! Well, actually, Gorobei was one of the fun character in the series, but the first to die in the war coz of the sacrifices he did. Well, im sure I wont be the 1st to die in a battle, last man to stand! BWAHAHAHAHA!!!!!

okay, so this is my new blog... what to do... oh yeah, I had an audition today, its for Playshop Kids. Okay, i know it sounds weird to call me a kid, but that is what playshoppers are supposedly and really called... And I just figured that out earlier this morning...hahaha

okay, so I sang a one hit wonder (i think) song entitled "Your Love" by the Pinoy band Alamid. It is a grat song, very good lyrics, and easy to memorize. Too bad i didn't memorize it enough though... stupid me forgot the lines in the first verse of the song and jumbled up some words so that really sucks... But the judges were kind enogh to listen long enough for me to sing the refrain and the chorus, which I think i did great in... hahaha, fishing. After that, they asked me to say a short monologue, or a line from anything I know. I delivered my line in our play "ho do you say I Am?" as the apostle john, and that was that. After the short monologue, they asked me to deliver an impromptu "hosting" stint for ASAP Fanatics and Wazzup Wazzup! to see how I fair in delivering speeches and words in Filipino... hahaha, i think i did well coz the most serious judge actually sickered a bit and smiled a little after that. After that I was asked to dance a short coreo, made by myself on the spot, about two eights of a routine dance... and that was really a test for me since i dance randomly around my room, but i dont really practice any proper dancing. Hahahaha. And that was the auditions for the day.

After the audz, some of my playshop friends and me went around shang and took wacky pics with the movie standees near the cinemas. That was simply hilarious. Fun, but tiring. After a little more walking, we decided to split up, and I went home. I rode the MRT and LRT, and I promise everyone, each trip is an adventure. The MRT actually smelled like fart when I went in, and it was so crowded, I didn't need to hold the railings. Hahaha, Fart... So there goes another day. After rooting for Bo to win, i decided to actually start a blog, so here I am, typing all the things you see here. Hot and humid day, and really, Heat kills. Hahaha, out of topic...
